• Air Testing ($350): Includes one outdoor air sample and either two indoor air samples or one indoor air sample and one swab sample. $50 for each additional swab or air sample taken during the inspection. This comprehensive test provides insights into the types and levels of mold present in the air within the property. It tells us what types of mold were found, how much was found, and whether the levels are considered "elevated" compared to outdoor samples and other mold standards.
• Swab Testing ($250): Includes two swab samples. A swab test takes a sample from a specific surface, providing information on whether mold is present and, if so, what type of mold it is. This method is particularly useful for pinpointing mold growth in localized areas. $50 for each additional swab sample taken during the inspection.

Our testing methods provide detailed insights into the types and levels of mold present, providing additional guidance in determining the appropriate remediation steps. We gather the samples and send them to be read at a third-party lab. Test results are typically returned within 3 days.
